Lindungi Hutan is a technology-driven initiative that aims to engage the public in forest conservation through a crowd planting approach. It offers an inclusive platform where people from diverse backgrounds can actively participate in Kampanye Alam (nature-oriented campaigns) as supporters, advocates, or field activists to preserve the forest. Our approach is characterized by inclusivity and scale. Throughout the year 2022, Lindungi Hutan successfully facilitated the initiation of 449 nature-oriented campaigns. These campaigns were diverse in nature, addressing various aspects of forest conservation and raising awareness about the importance of preserving natural ecosystems. As a result, a remarkable number of 222,388 trees were successfully planted across different regions of Indonesia. This geographical reach includes areas such as Sumatra, Java, Bali, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan, showcasing the broad impact and coverage of our initiatives.
